About Kootenay Career Development Society

Kootenay Career Development Society (KCDS) provides employment and career development services across the West Kootenay region, serving Nelson, Castlegar, Trail, Salmo, Kaslo, and Slocan. From employment readiness programs and supports to training opportunities, the KCDS team is dedicated to helping job seekers and employers reach their goals.
